Transform Your Practice with Motivational Interviewing
What is Motivational Interviewing?
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps clients find their own motivations for change. It enhances communication, builds trust, and facilitates lasting change.
Why Choose MI Training?
MI is best learned through active engagement and practice. My training approach emphasizes interactive exercises, role plays, and real play scenarios that reflect the specific challenges faced by your team. This hands-on approach ensures participants can effectively integrate MI techniques into their practice.

What is SOCIALWORKY?
For years, I’ve used the word "socialworky" to describe people who embody the core values of social work: empathy, respect, and partnership. Though it's a made-up term, social workers instantly understand its meaning—it's always a compliment, highlighting someone's positive impact and effectiveness as a helper. Over time, I've realized that being "socialworky" isn’t about any specific role but rather about embracing relational ethics. Motivational Interviewing (MI), with its emphasis on partnership, acceptance, empowerment, and compassion, perfectly captures the essence of being "socialworky." Whether you're in social work or any other helping profession, MI training can help you embody these qualities and be more effective in your practice.
